CONSULTATION AND FITNESS PROFILE*:
It is important to us to customize our training programs. We use the information in our initial interview and fitness profile in designing your program to maximize results.

Fitness Profile:
  • Health and Exercise History and Attitude Questionnaire
  • Weight, BMI, Blood Pressure, Percent of Body Fat
  • Submaximal Cardiovascular Test
  • Postural Assessment
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Movement Observations
    *Consultation and profile take approximately 1 ½ hours and are required prior to training.

    PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

    Small Group Strength Training (Limited to 8 Participants):
  • 8 week training block, consisting of 16 sessions, meeting twice a week with specific strength training objectives.
  • Use elevated platforms, weighted bars, dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, xer-tubing and body weighted exercises.
  • Hands-on training, personalized cueing, spotting and monitoring to optimize the workout.
  • Training sessions are 1 hour.  Call for training objective and scheduling.

    One-on-One Personal Fitness Training:
  • Customized programs for new beginners, enhanced fitness workouts or seasoned exercisers seeking training barrier breakthroughs.
  • Integrating all areas of fitness: cardiovascular, strength, core conditioning, balance and flexibility.
  • Workouts comprised of bodyweight exercises, muscle strengthening, dynamic movement, power, agility, stability and range of motion.
  • Training sessions are 1 hour.
