SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

  • 8-week blocks with specific strength training objectives. Limited to 6 participants.
  • Use elevated platforms, weighted barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, stability cushions and balance trainers.
  • Hands-on training, personalized cueing, spotting and monitoring to optimize the workout.
  • Participants must possess some working knowledge of strength training practices and be injury free.
  • Training sessions are 1 hour, twice a week for 8 weeks. Call for training objective and scheduling.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING, SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

  • Customized programs for training barrier breakthroughs, enhanced fitness routines or integrated workouts combining cardiovascular, strength, core conditioning and flexibility.
  • Targeting competitive, sports and recreational athletes training for a specific event, striving for a new personal best or adding a new sport.
  • Hyper-focused workouts, muscle building exercises, bodyweight exercises, dynamic movement, power, strength, speed, stability and agility.
  • 1 hour and 1 ½ hour training sessions are available by appointment. *

EXECUTIVE’S FITNESS PROGRAM FOR TRAVEL

  • Customized, designed and planned based on your travel schedule.
  • Use of hotel fitness room or your room use tubing, Pilates ring and bodyweight exercises to challenge range of motion, power, strength and stability.
  • 1 hour and 1 ½ hour training sessions are available by appointment prior to departure.*

FITNESS by PHONE ®

  • Self-motivated and disciplined but seeks accountability and continued growth in their training.
  • Meet with trainer for initial consultation, fitness profile, assessment and goal setting prior to going to the coaching model.
  • Coaching offered by phone and e-mail on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis to monitor progress, set new goals and challenge fitness training.*

CONSULTING

  • Residential or commercial fitness rooms.
  • Services include: on site consultation, equipment recommendations and referrals for purchase, room layout and site set up.

* Nutrition guidance and access to network of health and fitness professionals in Chittenden County offered.
